I somtimes played at cards t[ho?] I did not \much/ love it with company

I answered for my cosin Thomas pagits scool masters Child {Roby?}{pety?}

the first t[ime] that I aprehended at this time or gave heede to a sermon I thought was now when I heard this the Lord God Gen[esis] 2 - now lord as thou art over all, God as thou makest and doest all. I apprehended it with comfort or gladness

I was ill of the wind collicke

I made me a hancherchie stiched

I delighted much in Mr[s?] Maidew[ell?] company

I made me a gorget

the time of my being at London I spent my father about 50 pound laying out litle but what I had most need my uncle gave me my board.

M I cam home with Mrs Dodson my[?] Nurs b[aked?] me a cake

in these t[imes] I was full of pleasant thoughts and the cause which I t made to a peare {that?} beautifull was because I trusted in my G[od] knowing that he would grant the desires of his and doe all things for the best

I made me a pare of shage cufes \and a white dr[e]ssing/ I made an end of my gor^\get/

my B[rother] came hom and went to Aends court

from this y[ear] forwards I preserved for the house
