On Saturday, the Reading Room is open from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM. The Reading Room is closed on Sunday. Admission: Access to the Folger Library is limited to those with a Ph.D. or equivalent degree, or graduate students writing a Ph.D. thesis. These persons may apply for a reader's card by writing a letter of application and sending two letters of reference to Richard Kuhta, Librarian, at The Folger Shakespeare Library.
